Dr. Ryan Siller is a board-eligible orthopedic surgeon dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence through personalized, advanced musculoskeletal care. Dr. Siller specializes in sports injuries, joint replacement, and minimally invasive orthopedic procedures.

He completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. He then completed his orthopedic residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch followed by a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, where he had the opportunity to provide orthopedic care for the Houston SaberCats Professional Rugby Union.

Dr. Siller believes in patient-centered care, emphasizing education and shared decision-making so patients fully understand their treatment options. He combines the latest surgical techniques with a thoughtful approach that prioritizes conservative care when appropriate and focuses on long-term outcomes. His goal is to help patients return to the activities they love, whether that means playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, or simply moving without pain.

Dr. Siller is proud to have joined his father, Dr. Terry Siller, at The Orthopedic Clinic of Galveston County, continuing a family tradition of compassionate, high-quality orthopedic care. Together, they share a commitment to helping patients move freely and live without pain.
